为了健康, 一定要看!
有个朋友，在一次烤肉聚会当中绊倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.
旁边的朋友建议找医护人员，
People around suggested her go to the hospital,
但她很确定自己没事，只是穿了新鞋被砖块绊了一下罢了。
But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having
fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.
她还有点危危颤颤站立不稳的时候，
While she was still shivering, not standing firm,
朋友们帮她清洗干净，又为她盛了一盘食物，
Friends helped her clean up her body, and got a plate of food for her,
她就跟着大家一起享受接下来的时光了。
So afterwards, she happily enjoyed the rest of time with the company.
她的先生后来打电话通知大家，
Later on, her husband called to tell these friends,
她被送到医院，傍晚六点，就过世了，
She has been sent to the hospital at last, and she passed away at! 6 PM on ly,
原因是她在烤肉聚餐的时候中风。
Which cause was a stroke to her during the BBQ party.
如果他们懂得辨识中风的症兆，
If they know how to identify the symptoms of a stroke,
她现在也许还跟我们在一起。
She might still be staying with us ......
有些人不会死，
Some people do not die,
但结局处于无助无望的景况中。

脑神经外科医师说，
A neurosurgeon says :
如果他能在三小时之内接触到中风患者，
If he can reach a patient in 3 hours after a stroke attack,
他就可以将中风的后果完全扭转过来。
He can alter the stroke consequences completely.
诀窍就是辨识诊断出中风的问题，
The trick is how to diagnose a stroke,
并让病患在三小时之内接受医疗，
And let the patient have treatment within 3 hours after a stroke.
而这是很难的。
But this is very difficult.

有时候中风的症兆很难辨认，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
不幸的是，缺乏警觉就会带来灾难。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
身边的人辨认不出中风的征兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
中风患者就会严重脑伤。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
医生说，旁人只要问三个简单的问题，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
就可以辨识中风：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
T ： (talk) 要求患者说一句简单的句子 (要有条理，有连贯性)，例如：今天天气晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and
consecutive)，e.g. The weather is sunny today.
R ： (raise) 要求 患者举起双手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
注意 Note：
另外一项中风症兆是： 要求患者伸出舌头 ，如果舌头「弯曲」或偏向一边，那也是中风的征兆。
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude
his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that
is also a symptom of stroke.
上面四个动作，患者如果有任何一个动作 做不来，就要立刻打 999 ！！！并! 且把症状描述给接线者听。
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such
gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
心脏科医师说，
A cardiac surgeon says :
收到这封电函的人， 若能将它转寄给 10 个人，
Whenever a person forwards this message to 10 other persons,
就至少可以救一条命。
It can safe save at least one life
